Robert Morris has been reloading its roster through the transfer portal as head coach Andy Toole hopes to bring another Horizon League Championship back to Moon Township.

The program has already received commitments from Albert Vargas, Cam Kearney, Ta’Zir Smith and Nikos Chitikoudis. If you go by the tweets from Toole over the last week, it appeared as though Robert Morris has another two players that are committed but to this point, those players have yet to make it public.

With the four transfers, two incoming freshman and one returnee, the Colonials are now up to seven scholarship players but for Toole and his staff to complete the “team”, which had 12 scholarship players this past season, they still need to add likely five more players to the roster.

Recent buzz from early in the week linked a transfer portal guard from Mercer to Robert Morris and Toole. Ironically, Mercer just landed a commitment from Robert Morris transfer guard D.J. Smith last week.
