D2 Transfer Portal Guard Plans to Visit Robert Morris

Robert Morris head coach Andy Toole built a championship level roster last offseason and it rewarded him with the best gift as a coach, a trip to the NCAA Tournament.
With a majority of the core rotation retaining eligibility, the Colonials could have entered next season as a preseason top-100 team in the country and the odds-on favorites to win the Horizon League for the second consecutive season.
That dream ended when Toole saw his entire starting-five and four depth players enter the transfer portal in the days following the Colonials’ opening-round loss to Alabama. Now, Toole must rebuild once again and hope it all configures together in the same ways that it did this past season.
While the first step to building the new roster at Robert Morris was completed when Toole received a “commitment” from the only returning rotation player from last year’s squad, it would appear that Toole and his staff are closing in on the second piece of the puzzle as new reports listed Robert Morris as one of two planned visits for a transfer portal point guard.
