Robert Morris MBB Extends Offer to Intriguing International Forward Prospect

While everyone is caught up the storm that is the transfer portal, Robert Morris head coach Andy Toole is not. Well, not entirely at least.

It is true that the program received commitments from six transfers this offseason but that was the effect after losing 11 of his 12 scholarship players from a season ago. It was the only feasible option that Toole had to reload the roster with quality players.

Despite his heavy efforts in the portal, Toole kept other avenues open in regard to adding players.

It appears that Toole wants to bring in a young forward that can take a back seat in his first year and develop as a player over time, similarly to the path that Alvaro Folgueiras took in his two years with the team.

That plan revealed itself earlier in the offseason when the staff at Robert Morris reached out to a 6-foot-10 prep forward.

That player eventually committed to another NCAA program which prompted Toole to target another prep forward, who they extended an offer to over the weekend.
