Robert Morris Lands 2024 PG From Arizona

Way back in August, Dilen Miller announced a final five list that included Mississippi State, Villanova, Georgia State, Jackson State and Robert Morris.

Since then, a lot has transpired in the 6-foot-4 point guard’s recruitment, but on Wednesday, the Inspire Prep product out of Arizona announced that he has verbally committed to Robert Morris.

Miller originally committed to Georgia State on Aug. 31 and signed a National Letter of Intent, but would reopen his recruitment after de-committing in early March.

The Chandler, Ariz. native spent a post-grad season with Inspire Prep after transferring from AZ Compass Prep. He also plays for Team Rondae Hollis-Jefferson on the AAU circuit and received a McDonalds All-American nomination earlier this year.

Before taking the post-grad route, Miller played high school ball at Christ Academy in Wichita Falls, Texas.

This is a nice addition for the Colonials as they continue to build their backcourt. Miller has generated a lot of buzz in recruiting circles over the past year and is a player that finds himself scoring at all three levels. One area that truly stands out is his work to absorb contact and get downhill towards the hoop.

In the past month, RMU has added a variety of players to its roster. The Colonials have pulled four players from the transfer portal in Amarion Dickerson (Mineral Area College), Ryan Prather Jr. (Akron), Ismael Plet (Arkansas-Pine Bluff) and Josh Omojafo (Gannon).

With Miller, RMU has now added a pair of prospects from the Class of 2024 with North Carolina high school product Maurio Hanson committing on May 16.
