The win over the Seahawks also pushed the Colonials over the .500 winning-percentage mark for the season as their record is now 5-4.
The Colonials kicked the scoring off quickly as they scored three times in the opening five minutes behind goals from Nick Pelletier, Luke Prezioso, and Kean Moon. The Seahawks managed to knot things up at 3-3 before the end of the first quarter.
The Colonials used a huge second quarter to pull away from the Seahawks. The Seahawks actually took the lead to open the second quarter but Moon’s second of goal of the game tied it back up.

David Burr scored two of his three goals in the fourth quarter to make the score 15-8 in favor of the Colonials. The Seahawks offense was shut out in the fourth and the Colonials cruised to the victory.
Burr and Calum Brennan each netted three goals while Pelletier, Prezioso, and Moon scored twice for the Colonials.
The next time that Robert Morris takes the field will be Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. when the Colonials play host to Mercyhurst in another conference showdown.
