Robert Morris is certainly an underdog as they head into Friday’s matchup. The Colonials were given a No. 15 seed by the committee despite winning 26 games up to this point and any 15-seed is automatically pitted against one of the best teams in all of college basketball.
The Crimson Tide are like no other team that the Colonials have played this season. The Crimson Tide are the nation’s highest scoring team and best rebounding team as they average 91.1 points per game and 43.1 rebounds per game.
Regardless, the university wants fans to continue to rally around the historic season from the men’s basketball team.
The UPMC Events Center already witnessed a couple of firsts during this magical run including setting a building record during the Colonials’ Horizon League quarterfinal win over Wright State.
