The Robert Morris Colonials break it down prior to a game against Purdue Fort Wayne -- RMU Athletics

MOON TWP, Pa. — Robert Morris dropped its last game against Purdue Fort Wayne which dropped the Colonials’ Horizon League record to 3-4 and marked the team’s third loss in the last four games.

While I have tagged this year’s team as the Cardiac Colonials about a month ago, and they have attempted some herculean comeback efforts since then, a lot of the dramatics could be avoided if only the team could put together a full 40-minute effort.

Instead, according to head coach Andy Toole, his team picks and chooses when they want to play hard, and as soon as they get a lead, it seems like their effort level and attention to detail goes down the drain. I would not disagree with his sentiment.

Robert Morris Sports Now spoke with Toole following the team’s recent last-second loss to PFW and broke down some of the concerning numbers and stats that he talked about in his presser.
