After winning its first ever Horizon League Championship and nearly upsetting Alabama in the opening-round of the NCAA Tournament, Robert Morris felt the affects of having a good team at mid-major level. The Colonials saw seven players enter the transfer portal after it opened up last Monday.

Andy Toole deployed a seven-man rotation during the majority of the season which consisted of starters Kam Woods, D.J. Smith, Josh Omojafo, Amarion Dickerson and Alvaro Folgueiras along with Ryan Prather Jr. and Ismael Plet. The number of players currently left from that group after a week of the portal being open is one.

Woods, Smith, Omojafo, Dickerson and Folgueiras entered the transfer portal while Plet graduated.

The recruitments of Woods, Smith and Omojafo are relatively quiet ones without much information out there in regard to what schools have contacted them and Folgueiras’ is mostly that same way. That was until recent chatter and possibly his own comment section on his Instagram account may have given one program away.
